We do not offer refunds on change of mind once purchased.
If there is a fault with the Machine, we will duly act to assess and fix it, through service for repair in New Zealand or USA free of charge, under our 5 year manufacturer warranty process.
Please follow the simple instructions below if you would like to return an item:
- Contact us on +6494788123 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Re-package the item in it’s original packaging less the brief case or water arrays.
- Always pack the power pack with the machine.
- After receiving your request or problem by email, we will call you to discuss the problem, and then we can organise a courier ticket for pick up, or you can send direct to our address as stated on our website. 6B Montrose Terrace, Mairangi Bay, Auckland 0630.
- If after assessing the problem and if we find that it does need our engineer to look at it, we will then send it on to our NZ Engineer or USA for the repair.
- This process may take 3-6 weeks, (due to shipping and parts required from USA) but we normally can assess a machine in 7 days turnaround, and retun to you within 10 days of receiving especially it if it’s a NZ machine or if the USA machine could get fixed in NZ.
- If we have a spare rental machine to help you in the circumstance of being without a machine we will endevour to lend it out at no charge, however we cant guarantee this.
- If you have a faulty water array, or would like to discuss any issues, please email us.
- We do not stock USA water modules except they are supplied with our USA machines in your initial order, and the NZ water modules are available through Jenny Neve, we do not sell these direct. What are my shipping options?
Shipping is $35 throughout New Zealand!
All orders are processed and shipped with overnight or 2 day delivery within 7- 20 days after purchase. Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods once leaving our office for your address. If we order the USA model or NZ model, we can advise when this is likely to arrive before or after you order.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We pride ourselves on getting your product order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, we then wait for your machine that is hand made in NZ or USA to be delivered to us, in Auckland, NZ, where we send onto you immediately it arrives. We deliver throughout New Zealand, Australia & South Pacific Islands.
